1. पौधों की गुणवत्ता
• हमारी नर्सरी से दिए जाने वाले सभी पौधे स्वस्थ और अच्छी नर्सरी प्रैक्टिस के अनुसार तैयार किए जाते हैं।
• पौधे की किस्म और वैरायटी वही होगी जो ऑर्डर में तय की गई है।
2. गारंटी / वारंटी
• पौधों की जीवित रहने की गारंटी केवल नर्सरी से निकलने तक है।
• खेत/घर में लगाने के बाद पौधे की देखभाल ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
• मौसम, पानी, मिट्टी, कीट या गलत देखभाल के कारण पौधे के खराब होने पर नर्सरी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
3. डिलीवरी / ट्रांसपोर्टेशन
• पौधे की सप्लाई तय समय पर करने की पूरी कोशिश की जाएगी।
• डिलीवरी/परिवहन का खर्च ग्राहक द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा (जब तक कि विशेष ऑफर या लिखित समझौता न हो)।
4. ऑर्डर और बुकिंग
• बड़े ऑर्डर (थोक सप्लाई) के लिए अग्रिम राशि (Advance) देना अनिवार्य होगा।
• ऑर्डर कैंसिल करने की स्थिति में एडवांस वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
5. रिटर्न / रिप्लेसमेंट
• नर्सरी से पौधे निकलने के बाद रिटर्न या रिप्लेसमेंट की सुविधा नहीं है।
• केवल उसी स्थिति में रिप्लेसमेंट होगा जब पौधे नर्सरी से निकलते समय खराब हों और उसी समय ग्राहक द्वारा जानकारी दी जाए।
6. सलाह / गाइडेंस
• पौधों की देखभाल और खेती संबंधी जानकारी नर्सरी की तरफ से दी जाएगी, लेकिन उसका पालन करना ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी होगी
