Refund & Cancellation Policy
Jaihind Nursery deals with live plants, seedlings, and perishable nursery products. Because these are living, delicate items, we maintain a strict No Refund & No Cancellation policy.
1. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Plants are prepared and packed immediately after order confirmation; cancellations are not possible.
1. We do not offer refunds for any orders.
2. Refunds are only considered in rare cases such as wrong product received or plant completely damaged/dead on arrival.
3. To raise an issue, customers must share clear photos or videos within 12 hours of delivery.
4. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
1. Minor leaf fall, soil movement, or natural plant variations.
2. Transplant shock or minor damage during transit.
3. Damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling or environment.
4. Incorrect care (overwatering, underwatering), wrong environmental conditions, or pest issues after delivery.
